Sound healing sessions usually take around 45mins to an hour. Sound healing is the application of sound through the voice or other instruments to balance, mind, body and emotions. Aiding the body's natural healing mechanism. Boosting the immune system, relieving headaches, menstrual pain, back pain and other ailments. As well as mental health issues and emotional blocks.
