ENERGY TRAIN

If you saw my stories on Instagram yesterday you'll know that I was speaking about the Energy Train. What is an Energy Train? This is term I have coined to the energy exchange between people. This can be a positive or negative exchange. Think about a time when someone came to you and pushed their stuff on to you, perhaps they were saying "you made me feel this". So instead of taking responsibility for those feelings which manifest in them, they decided to blame you. That makes you feel really crap right? So now you are on their energy train. And this train is now going along and picking up more and more people as you now have this negative energy you're carrying. You may then be feeling rubbish or angry or sad, and that energy may then get pushed on to someone else. And the train moves on...see the pattern.

But, the train driver (the one that started the journey) maybe starts to feel a little better because they've passed the responsibility of how THEY were feeling on to you. Now they don't have to deal with why they felt that way, and what lessons they can learn. And they will most likely keep on creating these trains until they do the work on themselves that is needed.

I've been there on other peoples energy trains, and I've started my own too in the past. But, there comes a point when you realise you can't keep blaming others for your feelings.

A lot of what I do as an energy healer is looking at what kind of energy is attached to people. And often it isn't their own, its someone else's (like a curse left behind).

So my message here is...take responsibility for your feelings, because they are YOURS nobody else's. And if someone wants you to get on that negative energy train, say no and let it pass on by...catch the next one that will hopefully be a more positive energy train (or create your own positive energy train).
