Wild Spirit Circle

We will gather in ceremony to open sacred space for our monthly circle. This circle is for men, women and non-binary.

Sharing using the talking stick, hearing and speaking our truth in a respectful way. Setting intentions, drumming and chanting.

Recognising, acknowledging and letting go of any emotions like sadness, anger and fear. Shamanic Journeying or meditation.

Stepping out of the head and dropping down into our heart space to open up to a different way of experiencing life. 

Beautiful connections, laughter and fun as well as some deep work.

I work with Earth Wisdom and so for some circles there may be some activities to connect us with Nature and Mother Earth.
