Learning to listen to our intuition and connect with our own spirit guides and power animals through Shamanic journey work.

Leading a talking stick to help you to sink into that heartspace and speak words that need to come, without blame or judgement, held in a beautifully accepting sacred space we will move through anything that no longer serves us so that we can find the balance.

A monthly gathering of wonderful connections and heart centred work, speaking our truth, standing in our power, which may bring tears, but also lots of laughter to bring that balance. 

These circles are price between £5 and £15, pay whatever you can afford.
