The evening begins with grounding and protection, centering us for the journey ahead. In a safe and supportive environment, we’ll explore emotions and patterns that no longer serve us through journaling and sharing.
The highlight is our ceremonial release, where we’ll symbolically let go of burdens through a ritual, such as a fire, transforming our written intentions into a beautiful act of liberation. On some occasion we will take a medicine walk by the light of the moon.
