Drum Circle

We will gather in ceremony to open sacred space for our monthly circle. Both Men and Women welcome.

Sharing using the talking stick, hearing and speaking our truth in a respectful way. Drumming, rattling and chanting.

Recognising, acknowledging and letting go of any emotions like sadness, anger and fear. Shamanic Journeying.

Stepping out of the head and dropping down into our heart space to open up to a different way of experiencing life. 

I work with Earth Wisdom and so for some circles there may be some activities to connect us with Nature and Mother Earth.

The circle is a sacred tradition used around the world. When we sit in circle nobody is in front of us, nobody is behind, nobody is above us and nobody is below us. We are all equal. Non judgement within circle gives us the freedom to express ourselves as our wild instincts will allow.
