About the event
Step into rhythm, community and calm the nervous system through the power of drumming.
These welcoming and supportive drum circles offer space to unwind, express yourself, and reconnect, in a friendly group environment.
These circles are open to everyone, male, female, non-binary, AMAB, AFAB, and are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and accessible. No musical experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore rhythm and community.
They are facilitated by myself (Jo), a Shamanic and Sound healing practitioner, Facilitator of circles. I have years of experience holding safe, welcoming, and creative spaces. I teach Circle and Drum Circle Facilitation. I guide groups in playful, expressive, and connective rhythm practices for all levels.
