Release with sound

Service Description

Release with sound sessions usually take around 45 minutes to an hour. Using your own voice, I will guide you through a practice using sound to release any trapped trauma. During trauma in our life, we often repress and hold in the sounds we need to release this can cause us to hold on to that trauma within our body. This can help with any physical pain that may be caused by blocked trauma, mental health issues, and emotional blocks.
